Shendong communication private network charging system as the supporting service system plays an important role in the whole network management activities. By introducing the present situation of Shendong communication private network,the existing problems in private network charging system were analyzed,the optimization scheme of the new charging system was put forward,as well as the convenience and benefit brought by charging system was summarized.
