恒温槽均匀性测试问题分析及优化方法研究

摘要 针对恒温槽均匀性测试中存在的问题,提出了一种新的方法进行优化。经过分析不同标准铂电阻在恒温槽同一温度点的测试数据,发现标准铂电阻自身的基本误差会造成实验数据出现偏差。用两支标准铂电阻对同一点温度点进行测试,并将两者的平均值定义为该点的温度,检测恒温槽的均匀性,从而减小标准器对测试数据的影响。实验结果表明该方法在一定程度上减小了两支标准铂电阻对恒温槽性能测试数据的影响,优化了实验结果,提高了实验数据的准确度。 Aiming at the problems existing in the uniformity test of thermostat, a new method is proposed to optimize. After analyzing the different standard platinum resistance test data at the same temperature point of the thermostatic chamber, it is found that the basic error of the standard platinum resistance itself will cause deviation of the experimental data. Two standard platinum resistors were used to test the same point temperature, and the average of the two was defined as the temperature at that point. The uniformity of the thermostatic bath was measured to reduce the effect of the standard on the test data. The experimental results show that this method can reduce the influence of two standard platinum resistances on the performance data of the thermostatic chamber to a certain extent, optimize the experimental results and improve the accuracy of the experimental data.
