摘要
[目的]农作物秸秆是一种重要的资源,本文旨在提高秸秆的收集效率,同时尽可能减少机具进地次数,降低秸秆回收成本。[方法]设计了一种基于重力控制的联合收获机配套秸秆收集装置,对该装置进行了受力分析,并运用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行机构运动学仿真及相容性检验,最后分析了机构的传动特性。[结果]得到了相关杆件的运动特性曲线及传动角变化曲线。主动杆件的摆动范围能够满足秸秆收集装置的工作要求,配重块质量为8kg时,秸秆收集量为20~24kg。机构最小传动角为56.368°。[结论]研究结果为联合收获机配套秸秆收集装置的生产应用提供了理论依据。
[Objective]Crop straw is an important resource.Present study was aimed to improve straw collection efficiency,to reduce the working time,and straw baling cost.[Methods]A straw collection device was designed and developed based on the gravity control.Force analysis of the device was conducted,and the transmission performance of the device was analyzed.Mechanical kinematics simulation analysis and compatibility testing of the device were carried out using MATLAB/Simulink software.[Results]Kinematical characteristic curve of the relevant rod and transmission angle curve was successfully obtained.[Conclusion]The swing range of the active rod can meet the working requirements of the straw collecting device.When the counter weight was 8 kg,the weight of straw was 20~24 kg.The minimum transmission angle of the mechanism was 56.368°.The results provided theoretical basis for the development and application of the device.
