摘要
歪头山铁矿充分利用了马耳岭露天采坑闭坑后的位置及空间优势,创造性地采用水平带式真空过滤机直接过滤马选车间尾矿,缩短了常规尾矿脱水工艺流程,降低了工程投资与运行费用,达到了干堆复垦对尾矿水份的要求,满足了安全与环保需求。
Waitoushan Iron Ore fully uses the advantages of the location and special advantages of Maerling Open-pit mine after finishing its mining.It creatively applies horizontal belt-type vacuum filter to filter the tailings directly in Maerling Iron Ore concentrate plant.It redcues the dewatering process flowsheet for normal tailings.And it reduces the investment and operation costs in engineering.It reaches the moisture requirements of reclamation of dry stockpile,satisfying the safety and environmental protection request.
