摘要
SINO铁矿委托试验单位进行了放粗自磨球磨产品粒度、淘洗预先提精的扩大连选试验,在给矿粒度P80=53μm、给矿品位57%~60%时,淘洗精矿品位可达到68%以上,淘洗作业精矿产率可达60%以上。为验证实验室试验结果在工业生产中的可靠性,又在生产现场进行了工业试验,在相同给矿条件下,工业试验可获得品位65%的铁精矿。
The testing facility commissioned for SINO iron ore tests carried out expanded continuous tests of coarse autogenous grinding &ball grinding product size and elutriation to improve concentrate grade in advance.When feed size P80 is53μm and feed grade is 57% to 60%,grade of concentrates after elutriation can reach above 68% and concentrate yield can reach above 60%.To verify the reliability of testing results in industrial production,commercial tests are conducted at production site.Under the same ore feeding conditions,iron concentrates with a grade of 65% can be obtained in commercial tests.
