摘要
凝聚器一般布置在电除尘器(electrostatic precipitator,ESP)进口的直烟道上,需要较长的直烟道,这对于燃煤电厂超低排放改造工程来说是比较困难的。为此提出将凝聚器移至ESP进口封头内的方案,并通过计算和对比进口封头、烟道的湍流强度和颗粒运动轨迹,探讨方案的合理性及对ESP气流分布的影响。分析结果表明:ESP进口封头内流场湍流强度较烟道内弱,可通过合理布置局部电场来实现颗粒的有效掺混及团聚,确保ESP第一电场有较好的气流均布。
The coagulator is usually arranged in the straight fuel of electrostatic precipitator( ESP) inlet,therefore,a longer straight fuel is needed. But it is difficult for reconstruction of the ultra-low emission for the coal-fired power plant. This paper presents a scheme of moving the coagulator into the ESP inlet head so as to solve the above problem. On the basis of calculating and comparing turbulence intensities of the inlet head and fuel and particle trajectories,it discusses reasonability of this scheme and influence on ESP air flow distribution. Analysis results indicate turbulence of the flow field in the inlet head is weaker than that in the fuel,and it is able to realize effective mixing and collection of particles by reasonable arrangement of partial electric field so as to ensure better air flow distribution of the first electric field of ESP.
