摘要
目的探讨痔疮膏在延长2型糖尿病患者静脉留置针留置时间中的应用效果。方法选择内分泌科住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,以入院日单双号分为观察组52例和对照组48例。观察组采用常规留置针护理方法的同时应用痔疮膏外敷,对照组于穿刺点上方采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,比较2组静脉留置针留置时间以及预防静脉炎的效果。结果观察组静脉留置针留置时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组静脉炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痔疮膏可延长2型糖尿病患者静脉留置针留置时间,有效预防静脉损伤,效果良好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemorrhoids ointment in prolonging time of intravenous indwelling needle in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred hospitalized cases with diabetes in our hospital in endocrinology department were randomly assigned into experimental group( n = 52) and control group( n = 48) according to odd and even numbers of admission. The control group was given moist application of 50% magnesium sulfate,and observation group was given conventional nursing and external application of hemorrhoids cream. Indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle,and prevention effects of phlebitis of two groups were compared. Results The indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle of experimental group was longer,the incidence of phlebitis was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hemorrhoids ointment can prolong the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle for diabetics and effectively prevent phlebitis.
