摘要
文章提出了一种搭建智慧POCT检测仪器架构的方案,利用FPGA的高速并行处理能力,克服了传统三层架构的不足。在继承POCT检测仪器要求小型化、快速化的特点的基础上,实现低成本、高通量、多部件并行,全自动的工作模式,并为仪器实现智能化提供硬件基础和扩展空间。
One new kind of solution, which is the architecture of intelligent POCT device, is introduced. The parallel execution, one of the biggest ability of FPGA, can avoid the shorts of device based on traditional 3-layer architecture. By using this solution, the characteristics, such as portable, high speed, can be kept. In addition, low-cost, high throughput and multi-component automatically working in parallel can be implemented, the hardware and extendable space are be provided to expand to intelligence.
