摘要
为研究湿法脱硫系统对细颗粒物PM2.5排放特性的影响,选定了两个300MW燃煤机组进行测试,采用直接采样和稀释采样两种方法测试脱硫前后PM2.5质量浓度。结果表明:脱硫前两种采样方法的偏差为0.38和0.43 mg/Nm3,脱硫后偏差为2.56和1.16 mg/Nm^3;两种方法测得的湿法脱硫系统对颗粒物去除效率直接法最高达到79.59%,而稀释法为45.30%;从各粒径去除效率和发散系数可看出WFGD系统对0.5~1μm的颗粒影响最大。
In order to study the emission characteristics of fine particle PM2.5 in wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) system under different unit capacity,6 power plants(300 MW、600 W and 1000 WM) in three areas of Tianjin,Hebei and Shandong were selected.The results showed that WFGD increased the proportion of secondary particles in flue gas;it can be seen from CDj,k that WFGD had the greatest influence on 0.5~1 μm particles;the highest removal efficiency of particle reached 79.59% by direct sampling and 45.30% by dilution sampling.
