人事档案管理在事业单位的探讨

摘要 众所周知,人事档案管理是事业单位一项非常重要的工作,是单位整体工作的重要组成部分,关系着事业单位日常工作的顺利开展。而随着事业单位改革的不断发展,其人事档案管理工作也存在着一些问题,例如,管理制度、重视程度、管理人员素质等,严重影响了事业单位的人事档案管理的质量。因此,必须要采取一系列的措施来加强事业单位的人事管理工作,例如,建立健全管理制度、提高管理人员的专业素质、提高对人事档案管理工作的重视程度、加强其现代化建设等,以此来提高事业单位的人事档案管理水平。 As we all know, personnel fle management is a very important work of public institutions. It is an important part of the whole work of a unit, and it is related to the smooth development of daily work in public institutions. With the continuous development of public institutions, there are still some problems in the management of personnel files. For example, the management system, the degree of attention and the quality of management personnel seriously affect the quality of personnel files management in public institutions. Therefore, we must take a series of measures to strengthen the institutions of personnel management work, for example, establish a sound management system, improve the management personnel's professional quality, improve the degree of attention of personnel archives management work to strengthen its modernization and so on, in order to improve the management level of personnel fles of institutions.
