摘要
目的:对比分析传统托槽和自锁托槽导致正畸牙根吸收的锥形束的影响。方法:将从2014年4月~2016年6月在某院正畸中心初诊的64例患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组,各有32例患者。对照组应用被动自锁托槽,实验组应用传统直丝弓托槽进行矫治,对比分析两组患者上颌中切牙、侧切牙、牙根根尖外吸收量。结果:两组患者在上颌4个切牙牙根根尖外吸收量、上颌中切牙牙根根尖外吸收量、侧切牙外吸收量之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:传统托槽和自锁托槽均会引发牙根吸收,且两组之间牙根根尖外吸收量差异不显著,因此被动自锁托槽不会引发牙根吸收风险。
Objective:To compare the effects of traditional brackets and self-locking brackets on the conical bundles in orthodontic root resorption.Methods:64 patients treated in a hospital from April 2014 to June2016 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random table method,with 32 patients in each group;The control group was treated with passive self-locking brackets,and the experimental group was treated with traditional straight wire brackets.The absorbance of the maxillary central incisor,lateral incisor and root canal between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in external root resorption of 4 maxillary incisors,extracentral resorption of maxillary central incisor,and lateral incisor external absorption between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both traditional brackets and self-locking brackets can induce root resorption,and there is no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of root resorption outside the root tip.Therefore,passive self-locking brackets do not cause risk of root resorption.
