摘要
目的探讨以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法在康复专业学生神经外科见习中应用的可行性及成效。方法将2015级首都医科大学康复医学院本科40名学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组20名学生,对照组20名学生。实验组采用以团队为基础学习教学方法,要求见习学生组成4个团队,分别对4例脑外伤康复期患者进行询问病史、查体、阅片,并对以上情况记录、总结,进而做出康复诊断,提出康复计划。对照组采用传统教学方法。结果实验组的考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);考核及问卷调查显示,以团队为基础学习教学方法优于传统教学方法。结论以团队为基础学习教学方法在康复专业神经外科见习中可行性强,可以提高学生素质,达到临床见习预期效果。
Objective To study the feasibility and effect of team -based learning (TBL) in the rehabilitation undergraduate student neurosurgery education. Methods 40 students of the 2015 grade School of Rehabilitation Medicine of Capital Medical University were divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group with 20 students were divided into 4 groups to study 4 cases of patients with brain injury respectively using TBL methods. The history and physical examination were asked to inquire. Imaging data was also asked to read. Summarized the above conditions, and then a recovery diagnosis was made and the rehabilitation plan was put forward. The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group. Results The performances of the experimental group is better than that of control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05); Questionnaire survey also showed the same result. Conclusion TBL teaching model is worth advocating and promotion according to its better feasibilities in the rehabilitation undergraduate student neurosurgery education.
