摘要
随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,制造业的国际化分工面临新的市场洗牌。传统生产管理体系已经逐渐被淘汰,越来越多的制造业机构开始使用具有信息集成的生产管理系统,从而实现制造业科学管理。文章从现代ERP集成的概念入手,分析了以ERP集成为核心的生产管理系统在制造业生产体系里的优势特点,并根据实际情况提出改进方向。
With the accelerating process of economic globalization, the international division of labor in manufacturing industry is facing a new market reshuffle. Traditional production management system has been gradually eliminated, and more and more manu-facturing institutions began to use the production management system with information integration, so as to achieve scientific manage-ment of manufacturing industry. Starting with the concept of modern ERP integration, this paper analyzes the advantages and charac-teristics of the production management system based on ERP integration in the manufacturing production system, and puts forward the direction of improvement according to the actual situation.
