摘要
目的:探析中药处方中所存在的一些问题和中药材相关管理措施。方法:将2014年12月到2016年12月存在问题的中药处方作为管理措施前的研究资料,将2016年1月到2017年1月存在问题的中药处方作为管理措施后的研究资料,分析中药处方中所存在的问题。结果:中药材管理措施实施之前,1 770份中药处方中,差错率占据10.00%,中药材管理措施实施之后,5 000份中药处方中,差错率占据2.00%,中药材管理措施实施之后,差错率明显降低。中药处方存在的问题主要有药物使用剂量问题、处方诊断与用药不符、无脚注、炮制相关要求不准确、配伍禁忌等。实施前,177份存在问题的处方中,儿科处方占比54.24%,妇科占14.12%,内科占11.30%,外科占10.17%,其他科室占10.17%。实施后,100份存在问题的处方中,儿科处方占比58.00%,妇科占12.00%,内科占10.00%,外科占10.00%,其他科室占10.00%。结论:中药处方中尚存在的一些问题,加强对中药材相关管理工作十分重要。
Objective： To explore some problems in TCM prescriptions and related management measures of Chinese medicinalmaterials. Methods： The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from December 2014 to December 2016 were used as the researchdata before the implementation of the management measures, while those from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as theresearch data after the implementation of the management measures. The problems in the Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions wereanalyzed. Results： Before the implementation of the management measures, the error rate was 10. 00% for 1770prescriptions; however, after the implementation of the management measures, it was 2. 00% for 5000 prescriptions, which was significantly reduced. Theexisting problems of TCM prescriptionswere mainly the dosage, inconsistence of prescription diagnosis and drug use, nofootnote,inaccurate related requirements of processing, and compatibility. Prior to the implementation, among the 177 problematic prescriptions, thewrong prescriptions for pediatric medicine accounted for 54. 24%, gynecology 14. 12%, internal medicine 11. 30%, surgery 10. 17%,and other departments 10. 17%. After the implementation, among the 100 prescriptions with problems, the wrong prescriptions for pediatric medicine accounted for 58. 00%, gynecology 12. 00%, internal medicine 10. 00%, surgery 10. 00%, and other departments10. 00%. Conclusions： There are some problems existing in the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Therefore,it is of greatimportance to the management of Chinese medicinal materials.
