摘要
用人思想是老子价值哲学体系的一个缩影。《老子》从"用人之力"、"善用人"、"为之下"三个方面对用人才之力进行了相关论述,其价值哲学包括内在价值、工具价值,以及价值认知论、价值实现方式论、价值评价论及其与价值本体论的连通。
The thought of using persons is a microcosm of Laozi's value philosophy system. Through the arguments about using the power of talents in "Laozi",this paper converges on the text analysis of his three propositions "using power of persons","getting the best out of persons" and "placing under for others". Based on the clues of intrinsic value and instrumental value, the paper discusses the Laozi' theory of value way including the value cognitive theory, the theory of value realization ways and value evaluation theory, and its relation to value ontology.
