摘要 动车组空调系统作为车内的环境控制系统,系统故障直接影响动车组的运行品质和旅客舒适度。由于动车组空调系统结构复杂,如何及时进行故障处理以及日常合理维护直接影响动车组的运用效率。文章运用可靠性分析方法中的故障树分析法和柏拉图,以CRH3型动车组客室空调系统采暖故障为例进行分析,研究可靠性分析法在动车组故障处理中的运用。 EMU air-conditioning system is the environment control system of the car, the system failure will directly affect the EMU's operating quality and passenger comfort. Due to the complicated structure of the air-conditioning system of the EMU, how to timely handle the fault and properly maintain the EMU have a direct impact on the EMU's operational efficiency. This paper using the Fault Tree Analysis of reliability analysis method and the Platon analysis, taking the CRH3 type EMU passenger room air-conditioning system heating fault as an example to research the application of reliability analysis method in fault handling of EMUs.
