摘要
高压电动机在煤矿的运转中起着至关重要的作用,因此,对高压电动机在运行中出现的轴电压故障、定子故障、定子线圈电晕故障等机械故障原因进行了深入的分析,并提出相应的解决措施,又分别从高压电动机单相接地保护、电流速断保护、低电压保护、过负荷保护四种保护方式展开讨论并总结出维护方式,为高压电动机机械故障诊断系统的完善提供理论支撑。
High voltage motor in coal mine operation plays a vital role, therefore, the shaft voltage fault, appear in the operation of the high-voltage motor stator fault, cause mechanical failure of stator coil corona fault are analyzed, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, and separately from the high voltage motor single-phase grounding protection. Overcurrent protection, low voltage protection, overload protection, four kinds of protection modes discussed and summed up the maintenance mode, to provide theoretical support for improving the high voltage motor mechanical fault diagnosis system.
