首先概述了大倾角综合机械化采煤工艺重点,包括大倾角综采工作面的顶板管理技术、综采液压支架稳定性、工作面两巷布置以及输送机、采煤机设置;其次以A项目为例进行了实践分析,包括设备的配套选型、开采过程中的重点以及主要技术分析;最后对大倾角综合机械化采煤工艺安全管理进行分析,包括顶板安全管理、液压支架安全管理以及输送机、采煤机防倒防滑分析。
Firstly, this paper outlines the angle of comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology, including the fully mechanized working face roof management technology, the hydraulic support of fully mechanized working face stability, two roadway layout and conveyor. Coal mining machine set; Secondly, a project as a case of practical analysis,including equipment selection and matching, analysis of the key in the process of mining and technology; At last, the large angle of comprehensive mechanized coal mining process safety management are analyzed, including the roof safety management, safety management of hydraulic support and skid conveyor, analyze the coal cutter.
