摘要
为了提高机械串接驱动的同步性,提出了采煤机截割部双电机机械串接驱动同步性研究。通过构建机械串接驱动模型,采用动力方程在拉格朗日方程的基础上进行改进,设步长大小为0.001 s展开仿真实验。实验结果表明:采煤机截割部双电机机械串接驱动系统受到的主要影响因素为两个电机之间连接的刚度,而两电动机机械特性之间的差异与系统等效刚度对同步性的影响比较小。
In order to improve the mechanical synchronous drive on ground, the shearer cutting unit mechanical double motor synchronization drive on. By constructing the mechanical serial drive model, the dynamic equation was improved based on the Lagrange equation, a step size simulation experiments are done for 0.001 s. The experimental results show that the coal mining the cutting unit mechanical on double motor drive system is mainly affected by the factors between two motor connection stiffness, and the differences between the mechanical properties of the two motor system with equivalent stiffness effect on synchronization is relatively small.
