摘要
志愿服务是新形势下高校实现"立德树人"实践教育的重要载体。它通过学生的自我教育、自我表现、自我服务以及志愿服务的导向、凝聚、调节作用实现育人功能,是大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要阵地。完善组织管理与监督体系,健全保障和激励机制,实现服务供需对接平衡以及增强服务的吸引力与实效性是提升大学生志愿服务实践育人功能的重要举措。
The volunteer service is the important carrier of practice education on enhancing morality and fosteringtalents in universities under the new situation. It implements educational function through the student爷s self-education,self-expression, self-service and its guidance , cohesion and regulation. It is an important position for college students tocultivate and practice core socialist values. We should perfect organization management and supervision system, amplifyguarantee and incentive mechanism, realize the balance between supply and demand of services and enhance the appealand effectiveness of services,which are important measures to improve the function of college students＇ volunteer service.
