摘要
针对传统Buck软开关变换器开关损耗大和轻载条件下效率低的缺点,提出了一种新型Buck软开关拓扑结构。通过在传统Buck软开关的拓扑结构中增加一个小电感、一个二极管和与主电感反向耦合的电感,实现了主开关在ZCS下的导通和关断,减小开关损耗,从而提高变换器的效率。最后对新拓扑结构的工作过程做了详细分析,并通过实验对分析过程进行了验证。
Considering that the traditional Buck soft-switching converter had larger switching losses and a lower ef-ficiency under light load, a novel Buck soft-switching topology was proposed in this paper. By adding a small inductor, a diode, and an inductor which was reverse coupled with the main inductor to the traditional Boost soft-switching topology, the conduction and shutdown of the main switch was realized in ZCS; at the same time, switch loss was reduced, and thus the converter’s efficiency was improved. The operation process of the novel topology was analyzed in detail, which was further proved by experiments.
