摘要
患者自治组织是以实现个体患者的意思自治为基础,开展健康自我管理和互助分享活动,并根据自身诉求,推动服务提供方服务改善、社会支持强化的组织。结合当前我国医疗卫生领域的生态特点,有必要建立患者自治组织。国内外现有的患者自治组织依组建方不同、是否具有独立法人地位等,可分为三类,其功能定位也各有不同。未来我国患者自治组织的功能发挥,有赖于组织成员个人的奉献、服务提供方和政策决策者的支持以及广大患者群体的信任。
Patients self-governance organization is the organization to implement healthcare self-management and mutual sharing,improve providers＇ service delivery,strengthen social supports based on individual patient＇s self-governance.It is necessary to establish the patient self-governance organization under the recent domestic healthcare environment.There are three types＇ patient self-governance organizations at home and abroad according to their organizers and whether they have independent legal person status etc..Meanwhile,the functions of three kinds of organizations are different.The function of patient self-governance organizations in China depends on the dedication of individual members in the organization,support from service providers and policy makers,and trust of the majority of patients.
