摘要
为了分析农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿的相关影响因素,对广东省地方高等院校在校农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿和创业行为进行了实地调研,把影响农村籍大学生返乡创业的特征因素分为创业主体人口学特征因素和创业外界特征因素,利用SPSS分析工具,运用二元Logistic模型对农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿影响因素进行了实证分析。研究分析结果:在创业主体人口学影响因素中,所在年级、学生性别、所学专业、家庭人口数等因素对农村籍大学生返乡创业的影响不显著,而月消费支出、家庭年收入、参与实践活动类型等因素对农村籍大学生返乡创业意愿和行为影响较显著;在创业外界特征因素中,身边创业亲戚朋友同学的案例、长辈文化水平对农村籍大学生返乡创业的影响显著。
In order to analyze the related influencing factors of the entrepreneurial willingness of rural college students returning to hometown, the entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial behavior of rural college students in Guangdong local higher education colleges were carried out with field investigation, the characterist factors affecting rural college students to return to hometown for entrepreneurship were divided into entrepreneurial subject demography factors and outside factors, and the factors affecting rural college students returning to hometown for entrepreneurship were analyzed using Binary Logistic Model based on SPSS. The research results showed that in entrepreneurial subject demography factors, grade, sex, major and family population were secondary factors, but monthly consumption expenditure, family income and type of participated activity were major factors. In the outside factors, the case of the relatives, friends and classmates, the cultural level of the elders were major factors.
