为贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国科技创新大会等系列重要讲话,推进中央关于精准扶贫、精准脱贫的基本战略要求,河南省加大科技供给和支撑,助力精准扶贫,大力增强贫困村、贫困户和困难户依靠科技创新脱贫致富及可持续发展的能力,打赢脱贫攻坚战。
In order to implement the series of important speeches by general secretary Xi Jinping at the National Science and Technology Innovation Conference, and to promote the central basic strategy requirement about the targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty reduction, Henan Province should strengthen science and technology supply and support, help to enhance the ability of poor villages and poor households and troubled households relying on scientific and technological innovation for poverty alleviation and sustainable development, and win the fight against poverty.
