摘要
对文献已报道的一种提取土壤微生物DNA方法进行了优化,与原方法相比,优化后的方法实验时间缩短了250min,省去了异硫氰酸胍试剂。结果表明该方法是一种经济、快速、简单的土壤微生物DNA提取方法。
The reported method of DNA extraction from soil microorganisms was optimized.Compared to primal method,250 min testing time of optimized method was shortened and Guanidine thiocyanate was avoided.Optimized method was economic,faster and simpler for DNA extraction from.soil microorganisms.
