摘要
目的探究采用综合性治疗手段对于口腔溃疡患者的治疗效果。方法方便选取2016年1—12月进入该院进行治疗的确诊为口腔溃疡患者共112例,将患者随机分为2组,对照组患者采取传统的治疗手段,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上,采取综合治疗手段进行干预,比较采取不同治疗手段2组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者中治愈时间少于3、5 d以及7 d患者所占的百分比分别为26.79%、41.07%、32.14%;而观察组百分比分别为80.35%、14.27%、5.38%;两组数据相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗总有效率为82.14%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.43%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合性治疗方法治疗患者口腔溃疡能够显著的缩短患者的疾病治愈时间,患者治疗效果显著,方法值得在临床治疗中采纳应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the treatment effect of comprehensive treatment for patients with oral ulcers.Methods 112 cases of oral ulcers from January to December 2016 in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group adopted the traditional treatment,and the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment,added the comprehensive treatment intervention,and then the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The results showed that the percentage of patients who had cured in three days,five days and seven days in the control group was 26.79%,41.07% and 32.14% respectively,while the percentage of observation group was 80.35%,14.27%,5.38%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate was82.14% in the control group and 96.43% in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of comprehensive treatment of patients with oral ulcers can significantly shorten the patient＇s disease cure time,with significant treatment effect,the method is worthy of clinical application.
