为提高我国居民建筑的抗震能力,确保人员生命和财产安全,本文将对不同结构的居民建筑进行震害分析,总结其破坏特征和原理,提出针对性的设计方法,探索更加有效、经济性更强的抗震方法和技术,完善抗震设计规范,降低震害损失,为居民建筑抗震安全设计提供参考。
In order to improve the seismic capacity of residential buildings in China and ensure the safety of lives and property, this paper analyzes the seismic damage of residential buildings with different structures, summarizes the characteristics and principles of their destruction, proposes specific design methods, and explores more effective and economical seismic methods and techniques to improve the seismic design specifications, reduce the loss of seismic damage and provide reference for the seismic design of residential buildings.
