摘要 钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂是影响结构耐久性的主要病害之一,其中锈层厚度和表面裂缝宽度是描述和评估钢筋混凝土耐久性的关键参数。分布式光纤传感技术具备腐蚀环境下工作的能力,可用于钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂监测。本文设计了钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂全过程的分布式光纤传感监测技术,对不同锈蚀程度的钢筋混凝土试件进行了监测,并表征了锈层厚度、表面裂缝宽度和混凝土锈胀应变之间的关系。 Concrete expansion and cracking induced by corrosion is one of the main diseases that affect the durability of the structure. The rust thickness and the surface crack width are the key parameters to describe and evaluate the durability of reinforced concrete. Distributed optical fiber sensing technology, with the ability to work in corrosive environments, can be used for reinforced concrete rust cracking monitoring. This paper has designed a distributed optical fiber sensing monitoring technology for the whole process of concrete expansion and cracking induced by corrosion, monitored the reinforced concrete specimens with different degrees of corrosion, and given the relationship among the rust thickness, the surface crack width and the concrete strain.
