摘要
电力企业职工作为电力系统运营的主要参与者,其自身整体素质的高低,对电力企业的发展具有重要意义。基于可持续发展型的员工培训模式,是当前企业员工培养模式的创新,是新形势下企业的稳定运行和发展的重要保障。论文针对基于可持续发展型电力企业职工培训模式的发展现状及问题进行分析,并提出相应的培训模式创新的策略。主要目的是为基于可持续发展型电力企业职工培训模式的发展创新贡献力量,促进我国电力企业的稳定发展。
As the main participant in the operation of power system, the overall quality of the employees of the power enterprises is of great significance to the development of the electric power enterprises. The staff training mode based on sustainable development is the innovation of the current staff training mode, and the important guarantee for the stable operation and development of enterprises under the new situation. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the staff training mode of the sustainable development type electric power enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding strategies for the innovation of the training mode. The main purpose is to contribute to the development and innovation of the staff training model based on the sustainable development power enterprise, and promote the stable development of the electric power enterprises in China.
