随着全社会各行各业信息网络化的飞速发展,企业针对消费者的促销方式也从买赠、搭售等传统的线下模式逐步向网络发放红包、赠送游戏币等线上促销方式逐步转移。"扫一扫,赢红包"也逐渐成为一种比较普及的促销活动方式,这就对于传统财务管理提出了挑战,如何做好"网络红包"在资金、费用方面的风险管控,如何应对"网络红包"在税务实务执行中存在的困难,避免风险,成为摆在传统财务管理面前亟需解决的问题。
