摘要
目的探讨总结止咳平喘化痰类中西药复方制剂的使用注意要点,指导临床用药安全。方法查阅整理《中国药典》2015年版第一部、《新编国家中成药》以及市面上销售的相关药品说明书,对其中止咳平喘化痰类中西药复方制剂所含西药成分及其临床上的使用注意要点进行归纳分析总结。结果止咳平喘化痰类中西药复方制剂含有西药成分主要包括氯化铵、盐酸麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯氨敏、氨茶碱、克仑特罗、盐酸异丙嗪、咖啡因等。结论相关医药工作者应全面系统地掌握中西药复方制剂中所含西药成分、药理作用及注意事项,有效发挥药物作用,避免不合理用药,提高临床用药的安全性。
Objective To study and summarize the notes of Chinese and Western medicine compound preparation of relieving cough and asthma and reducing phlegm thus guiding the clinical medication safety. Methods The First Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2015, Newly Edited National Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines and relevant drug instructions for sale in market were sorted up and the western component and use notes were summarized. Results The western medicines included in the Chinese and western medicine compound preparation of relieving cough and asthma and reducing phlegm were ammonium chloride, ephedrine hydrochloride, chlorphenamine maleate, aminophylline, clenbuterol, promethazine hydrochloride and caffeine and other components. Conclusion The related medical staff should comprehensively and systematically master the western medicines included in the Chinese and western medicine compound preparation of relieving cough and asthma and reducing phlegm, pharmacological action and notes thus effectively giving play to the role of drugs, avoiding the irrational medication and improving the clinical medication safety.
