摘要
对球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮机械原理进行了分析,建立了基于3D打印制造的球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮数学模型,采用3D打印制造球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮的工艺技术方法,创新地在工程上无原理性误差、快速制造了弧齿锥齿轮,所制造的弧齿锥齿轮能够充分发挥其诸多的传力优点。论述了可通过材料梯度复合的结构过渡区来控制3D打印制造的弧齿锥齿轮的静力强度和疲劳特性分布,提高3D打印制造弧齿锥齿轮的静力和疲劳力学性能,并能相比传统制造方法显著降低其制造成本、缩短制造周期。
In this paper,the mechanical principle of spherical involute spiral bevel gear is analyzed,and the mathematical model of spherical involute spiral bevel gear is built based on 3 Dprinting.The 3 Dprinting provides a novel method for fast fabrication of the spherical involute spiral bevel gear without principle error.In addition,the distribution of the static strength and the fatigue properties of spiral bevel gear can be controlled and improved by the structure transition of material gradient composite.Compared with the traditional manufacturing method,the proposed method can significantly reduce the cost and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
