摘要
为了进一步做好121语音答询天气预报服务,笔者针对近几年工作中常见问题进行浅谈,总结了手工更正更新语音信箱的方法步骤;分析了预报报文文件拷贝失败的可能原因;探讨了语音信箱名称更新后不能正常被收听的解决方法。
In order to further improve the 121 voice response service in weather forecast, the common problems arising from the author’s work in recent years were briefly discussed and, the method steps to manually correct and update the voice mail were summarized; the possible causes for the failure of forecast message file copy were ana-lyzed; the solutions for dealing with the voice mail not being properly listened after its name update were also dis-cussed.
