摘要
针对高原天然气管道的运行安全问题,结合高原特殊地理环境,运用肯特风险评价法对高原地区油气管道进行评价。首先,从第三方破坏指标、腐蚀指标、设计指标、误操作指标、泄漏影响指标五个方面介绍了肯特评分法。并结合高原地区天然气管线运行环境,利用肯特方法对管线进行了安全评价。将整条管线按照地质、建设等原则进行了分段。最终得出了各段管道安全性分值和维护建议,通过实例证明肯特法在高原地区的有效性。
In case of the operational safety of the plateau natural gas pipeline, considering the special geo-graphical environment, the Kent risk assessment method is used to evaluate the oil and gas pipelines in the plateau area. Firstly, he Kent score method is introduced from five impacts which are the third party damage indicators, corrosion indicators, design indicators, misuse indicators, and indicators of leakage. Then, the safety evaluation of the pipeline was carried out by using the Kent method, combining with the operation environment of the natural gas pipeline in the plateau area. The whole pipeline is segmented according to the principles of geology and construction. Finally obtained the points of pipeline safety score and maintenance recommendations. The effectiveness of the Kent law in the plateau region was demonstrated by examples.
