摘要
随着我国进口LNG快速增长,LNG冷能综合利用成为全社会节能减排的新热点。文章介绍分析了我国LNG接收站冷能利用现状、上海LNG接收站冷能利用瓶颈,探索了上海洋山LNG接收站冷能利用可行性技术路径;重点阐述分析了上海LNG接收站冷能发电方案以及冷能外输方案,对推进LNG冷能利用工作提出了建议。
WIth LNG rapid increasing import demand from China, comprehensive utilization of LNG cooling energy becomes hot in energy saving and emission reducing. The article introduces current situation of cooling energy utilization at LNG receiving station and utilization bottleneck of cooling energy at LNG receiving station to explore feasibility technology roadmap of cooling energy at Yangshan LNG receiving station. The author analyzes cooling energy power generation solution and cooling energy output solution at Shanghai LNG receiving station to promote suggestion for LNG cooling energy utilization.
