摘要
目的:探讨艾灸联合儿茶酊外涂水胶体贴敷对老年重症患者预防性压疮的应用效果。方法:选取本院老年重症患者60例,随机选取其中单日入院接受常规护理的30例患者作为对照组,另外在常规护理基础上实施艾灸联合儿茶酊外涂水胶体贴敷中医护理干预的30例患者作为观察组。对比两组患者压疮风险性及临床护理效果。结果:干预结束,两组患者压疮风险评分转化及压疮发生率有明显差异(P<0.05);两组患者的生理问题、心理顾虑、信任感评分及平均ICU住院时间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:老年重症患者应用艾灸联合儿茶酊外涂水胶体贴敷中医护理干预,明显降低了患者压疮发生风险,增加了患者生理、心理舒适和信任感,缩短了患者平均ICU住院时间。
Objective:Explore moxibustion combined catechu tincture besmear outside water colloid sticking to the old patients with severe preventive application effect of pressure ulcers.Methods:Selected from 60 patients with senile severe difficult,randomly selected from daily admission of the 30 cases were treated with routine nursing care as control group,the other on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of moxibustion combined catechu tincture besmear outside water gel stick apply TCM nursing intervention as observation group of 30 cases of patients.Compared to two groups of patients with pressure sore risk and the effect of clinical nursing.Results:End of the intervention,two groups of patients with pressure ulcer risk score conversion and the incidence of pressure ulcers have obvious difference(P < 0.05);Two groups of patients with physical problems,psychological concerns and trust rating and the average ICU length of hospital stay have significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with severe application of moxibustion combined catechu tincture besmear outside water colloid apply TCM nursing intervention,significantly reduce the risk of patients with pressure ulcers occur,increased the patients physiological and psychological comfort and trust,shortened the time average ICU patients in hospital.
