摘要
目的:分析中风病痰瘀阻络证治疗中实施化痰通络汤方案的临床价值。方法:从2015年1-5月间因患上中风病痰瘀阻络证而入住我院神经内科的患者中抽选60例进行分析,随机分组。基础组30例选择西医治疗,治疗组30例则在接受西医治疗的同时联合实施化痰通络汤方案,对两组疗效、NIHSS分数等进行比较。结果:基础组有效率为66.67%(20/30),治疗组是93.33%(28/30)(P<0.05);基础组NIHSS分数为(12.00±8.55)分,治疗组为(7.00±5.10)分(P<0.05)。结论:对于中风病痰瘀阻络证患者,在予以西医治疗的基础上,通过实施化痰通络汤方案可提升疗效,同时还可以改善其NIHSS分数,值得应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical value of the Huatan Tongluo decoction on apoplexy of the Tanyu Zuluo type. Methods： 60 patients with apoplexy of the Tanyu Zuluo type from January 2015 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The basic group was given western medicine. The treatment group was given the Huatan Tongluo decoction more. The efcacy and NIHSS score were compared between two groups. Results： The total efciency was 66.67% in the basic group and 93.33% in the treatment group, P〈0.05. The NIHSS score was （12.00±8.55） in the basic group, and （7.00±5.10） in the treatment group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Huatan Tongluo decoction can promote the efects on apoplexy of the Tanyu Zuluo type, improve the NIHSS score, is worthy of application.
