非均相体系中有机混合物光催化氧化的表观动力学研究 被引量:1

Study on Apparent Kinetic of Photo-Catalytic Oxidation Degrading Organic Compounds in Heterogeneous System

摘要 实验对不同光催化剂下的造纸废水进行了光催化氧化处理,并采用COD值代替污染物浓度对其表观动力学进行了研究,同时对照分析了化纤废水、肝素废水的光催化氧化动力学.实验在非均相体系下光催化氧化降解了苯酚,并采用GC-MS对产物进行了分离分析.最后,还进行了太阳光光催化氧化的研究,发现太阳光能使有机废水COD的去除率达到30%.结果表明:非均相体系中光催化氧化降解废水中有机混合物的反应属于一级表观动力学,此体系中有机化合物的光催化降解与其种类和光催化剂的选择无关,且多元掺杂光催化剂更适合有机混合物的有效降解,并认为环境介质(水、汽和有机溶剂)的极性决定着污染物氧化产物的种类和氧化程度. To eliminate organic contaminants thoroughly in heterogeneous system, the making-paper wastewater was degraded by photo-catalytic oxidation (PCO) over different catalysts and researched theirs apparent kinetic as chemical oxygen demand(COD) value view as pollutant concentration, and an alyzed the photo-catalytic oxidation kinetics compared with chemical fiber wastewater and heparin wastewater. Meanwhile PCO was also employed to oxidize phenol in heterogeneous system and GC-MS technique was utilized to separate and analyze the result of phenol degradation. At last, solar as light source is employed in PCO experiment. The results show that in heterogeneous system, the reaction of photo-catalytic organic contaminants degradation fits well with first-order reaction apparent kinetics. The degradation effect is nothing with the selection of the type of organic compounds and photocatalysts. The multi doped dioxide titanium gets an advantage over the effective degradation of organic maters in the reaction. And the polarity of environmental medium (water, gas and organic solvent) is proved to play a decisive role in influencing the composition and oxidation degree of oxidation products. The removal rate of COD gets to more than 30% under solar radiation.
