摘要
华德福教育以鲁道夫·史代纳创立的人智学为基础,注重体验式教学,通过亲近大自然、艺术教育、游戏教育、外出游学等方式,让孩子们在体验参与中不断完善自我。但受限于成本高企、师资力量匮乏和传统教育差异度较高等问题,目前还处于小众地位,需要从扩大教师的招募与培训、注重自我完善、加强宣传力度、提供体验课堂、谋求与传统教育良性接轨等方面着手,实现华德福教育的进一步发展。
Founded by philosopher Stener, anthroposophy is thesignificant basis of Woldorf Education. It focuses on experientialteaching, and let the children improve themselves in participationby getting close to nature, art education, game education, andstudying abroad. Nevertheless, it is still in niche status due tohigh cost, lack of qualified teachers, and high degree of differ-ences from traditional education. It is an emergency to expandteachers' recruitment and training, get self-improvement,strengthen propaganda and provide experience class, then seek-ing to establisha connection to traditional education to realize thefurther development of Waldorf Experience Education.
