响应曲面法优化二茂铁基双甲酰肼的微波辅助合成工艺

摘要 本研究采用微波辐射技术简便、快速、高效合成1,1′-二茂铁双甲酰肼(d)。为了提高其产率,分别以1,1′-二茂铁双甲酸甲酯和80%水合肼的物料比,微波输出功率和微波辐射加热时间为单因素进行考察,利用响应曲面法进行合成工艺的优化。研究结果表明:1,1′-二茂铁双甲酸甲酯和80%水合肼的物料比为2∶5,微波输出功率为100 W,微波辐射加热反应时间为15 min为其最佳合成工艺条件,产率可达91.7%。 In this paper,1,1'-ferrocene dicarboxylic acid hydrazide(d) was synthesized by microwave irradiation in a simple,rapid and efficient manner. In order to improve the yield, the ratio of material ratio of 1,1'-ferrocene dicarboxylate and 80%hydrazine hydrate, microwave output power and microwave radiation heating reaction time are investigated and the synthetic process is optimized by using the response surface method. The results show that the yield can reach to 91.7% based on optimum technologic condition when the ratio of the material 1,1'-ferrocene double methyl formate and 80% hydrazine hydrate is 2∶5, the output power of microwave is 100 W, and microwave radiation heating reaction time is 15 mins.
