摘要
研发了一种高耐盐性的减阻剂,用高矿化度产出水直接配制滑溜水再次使用,降低环境污染和处理费用。以丙烯酰胺与2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为单体,采用分散聚合的方法制备一种耐盐减阻剂,考察合成条件对悬浮乳液减阻剂的稳定性影响,并测试该减阻剂的耐盐性能。结果表明,当pH值在7.5左右,硫酸铵加量为36%,稳定剂用量为0.75%时,能得到稳定的减阻剂,其重均分子质量达到1.61×10~7 g/mol。在清水中,0.2%的该减阻剂具有良好的溶解性,102s就能完全伸展并水化。在40L/min的体积流速时能达到80%的减阻率,并且在100g/L的K^+、Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)溶液中分别都保持60%以上的减阻率。另外,在高矿化度水中直接配制滑溜水时,该减阻剂在107s就完全溶胀,表观黏度达到2.15mPa·s,仍然具有很好的减阻性能。采用分散聚合方法制备的耐盐减阻剂成功在高矿化度水配制出滑溜水,对产出水的重复利用有很大的促进作用。
Researching a high salt resistance friction reducer to match the application of recycling pro- duced water by directly prepare slick water, lower environmental pollution and processing costs. This research use dispersion polymerization method to development a salt resistance friction reducer when acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid as the major monomers, screening the in- fluence of reaction contions on stability of suspension emulsion and testing its salt tolerance ability. Result shows that the reaction system obtained a steady suspension emulsion friction reducer which Mw is high to 1.61 × 10^7 g/tool, when the pH value is around 7.5, ammonium sulfate addition amount is 36% and the dosage of stabilizing agent is 0.75%. 0.2% dosage of friction reducer has good instant solubility because it can be completed stretch and hydration within 102 seconds in pure water, and the friction reduction efficiency (FRc) up to 80% in 40 L/rain and still maintain 60~ in 100 g/L of K+ , Ca2+ , Fe3+ saline solution, respectively. Additionally, the system still demonstrated good overall per- formance when the friction reducer directly prepare slick water in high saline solution, it can be com- plete hydration with 107 s and its apparent viscosity is 2.15 mPa · s. It is successfully for utilize the salt tolerant friction reducer, which is prepared by the method of dispersion polymerization, to directly prepare slick water in high salinity water, that plays a good role in the promoting of recycling pro- duced water.
