摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定与丙泊酚联用在老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉中的效果及安全性。方法此次依不同麻醉方式将2015年1月~2017年3月于本院行无痛胃镜的患者68例分组为:对照组患者无痛胃镜麻醉时用丙泊酚,观察组患者无痛胃镜麻醉时用右美托咪定+丙泊酚;全面观察两组患者各时间点(T1、T2、T3、T4)生命指标(MAP、HR、RR、Sp O2)水平变化、苏醒时间及定向力恢复时间、不良反应发生等方面情况,将所获相关数据严格记录并对比该分析。结果右美托咪定+丙泊酚(观察组)无痛胃镜麻醉效果优于单纯丙泊酚(对照组)麻醉效果,患者各时间点生命指标稳定性优于对照组、患者苏醒时间及定向力恢复时间均短于对照组、患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉选择右美托咪定+丙泊酚的效果显著,此联合麻醉方式不会对患者生命指标造成较大的影响,苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间均短,不良反应发生率低,值得临床上广泛用于老年患者无痛胃镜麻醉中。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol in painless gastroscopic anesthesia in elderly patients. Conclusions The effect of dexmedetomidine plus propofol on painless gastroscopic anesthesia in elderly patients is significant. This combined anesthesia method will not cause significant impact on the patients' life indexes.
