摘要
调研组分别深入到宁乡的黄材镇、沩山乡、青山桥镇、道林镇,浏阳的关口街道、大围山镇、古港镇、小河乡等乡镇村调研后发现,目前在扶贫工作中还存在不少形式主义现象,产业扶贫、基础设施建设、集体经济发展等存在不少困难。调研组建议,要从革除考核中的形式主义,提高产业扶贫项目的针对性,消除基础设施瓶颈、发展集体经济,把扶贫管理与村民自治结合起来,加大培训力度、拓宽就业渠道等方面入手提高精准扶贫工作的实效。
The research group investigated in towns of Huangcai,Weishan,Qingshanqiao,Daolin of Ningxiang city,and towns of Guankou,Daweishan,Gugang,Xiaohe of Liuyang,and found that there were a lot of phenomena of formalism and there were many difficulties in poverty relief by industry,infrastructure construction and collective economy development. The research group suggests that several methods should be taken to increase the actual effects,which are abolishing the formalism in the process of assessment,improving the pertinency of poverty relief by industry,getting rid of the choke point of infrastructure construction,developing collective economy,integrating poverty relief management with village self-governance,as well as expanding the channel of employment by providing more training.
