钢筋ECC/混凝土复合梁承载力试验研究

摘要 为改善普通混凝土梁易开裂的缺点,采用同强度的ECC代替受拉区部分混凝土,形成钢筋ECC/混凝土复合梁,采用3点加载的方式对复合梁的受弯承载力进行研究。试验结果表明:使用ECC作为受拉区材料可以明显提高复合梁的特征荷载值,其中开裂荷载提高幅度最大,且复合梁开裂过程中均表现出多微裂缝开裂特征;随着ECC层厚度的增加,复合梁的特征荷载值随之增大,但当ECC厚度超过40 mm时,特征荷载增幅不再明显。 In order to improve the defects of ordinary concrete beams,using the same intensity ECC instead of partial concrete in the tensile region,a reinforced ECC/concrete composite beam is formed,and the flexural bearing capacity of the composite beam is studied by means of 3-point loading. The experimental results show that using ECC as the material of the tensile region can obviously improve the characteristic load value of the composite beam,the cracking load increases the most amplitude,and the composite beam cracks in the process of cracking characteristics of many micro-cracks; as the thickness of ECC layer increases,the characteristic load of composite beam increases,but when ECC thickness exceeds 40 mm,the growth of characteristic load is no longer obvious.
