摘要 新鲜果蔬是现代人生活中的重要组成部分,由于果蔬采摘的季节性,大量的果蔬需要进行保鲜贮藏才能确保全年的不间断供应。基于现有的保鲜贮藏技术还处于较为原始的作业方式,易导致保鲜品质不佳的现状,文中对影响保鲜效果和保鲜周期的几种环境因素进行了分析,并结合无线传感器网络技术设计了一套果蔬冷库监控系统,通过技术化手段实现果蔬冷库的多空间、多参数的环境参数实时监控及精准调节,达到提升保鲜品质、延长保鲜周期的效果。 Fresh fruits and vegetables are an important part of modem life. Due to the seasonality of fruits and vegetables picking, a large number of fruits and vegetables need fresh storage to ensure continuous supply throughout the year. The existing storage technique is based on the original mode of operation, which will easily lead to poor quality of the preservation status. This paper analyzes the environmentalfactors affecting the preservation and preservation period and designs a set of fruit and vegetable cold storage monitoring system combined with wireless sensor network technology to realize multi - parameters, multi - space and real - time monitoring and accurate adjustment on the storage environment to improve the quality and the preservation period.
