摘要
目的建立肚液散中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(38∶62)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸在0.07708~3.8544μg的范围内呈良好的线性(r=1);平均加样回收率为:99.83%,RSD=0.55%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,能准确测定肚液散中甘草酸的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Duye Powder. METHODS Using Cls column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid, the detection wavelength was set at 250nm. RESULTS The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0. 07708 ~ 3. 8544μg （ r = 1 ） ;the average recovery rate was 99.83% ,RSD was 0. 55% （n =6）. CONCLUSION The established method is simple, accurate, well reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Duye Powder.
