摘要
"卓越计划"规定学生要有一年左右的时间在企业学习,事实上,只有企业实践环节的质量有保障,才能培养出合格的卓越工程师。以东华理工大学实施卓越工程师硕士层次人才培养计划为例,围绕提高人才培养企业学习环节的质量,从工程实践培养目标和标准制订、企业学习环节培养方案制订、工程教育实践中心建设、企业学习指导教师配备、企业学习过程监测等方面进行研究与实践,探索建立一套有效的企业学习环节质量保障体系。
"The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE)" stipulates that students should have a year or so to learn in the enterprise. In fact, only when the quality of the enterprise practice is guar- anteed, we can train qualified outstanding engineers. The paper takes East China University of Technology that has implemented the talent training plan of outstanding engineers at the master level as an example, focusing on improving the quality of learning in the enterprise, and researching and practicing on the formulation of the engi- neering practice target and standard, the establishment of the training program in the enterprise learning, the construction of the Engineering Education Practice Center, the allocation of instructors in the enterprise learning, and the monitoring of the enterprise learning process so as to establish an effective quality assurance system of the enterprise learning.
