摘要
换流变分接头调节作为高压直流输电系统的重要组成部分之一,对提供理想空载电压、控制触发角在合理范围、减少直流系统无功消耗、保证直流系统安全稳定运行有着重要意义。本文以永富直流输电工程为研究对象,首先介绍了分接头控制硬件回路,包括档位信号回路、动作回路。之后从分接头调档控制逻辑、失步判断、操作失败逻辑三个方面详细分析了分接头控制软件回路,最后结合永仁换流站出现的分接头故障总结出分接头故障排查方法流程图及预防措施。本文研究成果将有助于提高换流站运维人员对换流变分接头的故障处理能力。
As one of the most important component in the HVDC transmission system, the control of converter transformer tap is significant to provide with Udi0,make firing angle to operate in an appropriate scope,reduce the reactive power consumption and ensure the DC system safety and stable operation. This paper studied the conversion transformer tap changer control of Yongfu HVDC transmission project. Firstly, this paper introduced the hardware circuit of conversion transformer tap control including tap signal circuit and action circuit.Then, the paper particularly analyzed the software loop of conversion transformer tap control including the logic of tap control,the judgment of out-step,the logic of operation failure. Finally, this paper summarize the flow chart of dealing with conversion transformer tap and preventive measures according to the fault of tap in Yongren converter station. This research result will help operators and maintainers in converter stations to improve the ability of solving the tap' s malfunction.
