摘要
为了保证矿山井下火药库的安全运行,根据矿山井下火药库实际安全管理及评价经验建立了井下火药库安全评价指标的递阶层次结构。利用模糊法对井下火药库进行了系统性评价,得到了影响井下火药库系统安全的各影响因素及系统整体的安全评价结果。通过实例进一步说明了评价的步骤和方法。
In order to ensure the safety of underground powder magazine,according to the actual safety management and evaluation experience,hierarchy structure of safety evaluation index of underground powder magazine is established.This paper systematically evaluates underground powder magazine by fuzzy method,obtains each factor influencing the system safety of underground powder magazine and safety evaluation results of the whole system,and further illustrates the steps and methods of the evaluation by examples.Evaluation process has a certain reference value to safety evaluation and management of underground powder magazine.
