摘要
以钛酸四丁酯、乙醇、乙酸、硝酸锌为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Zn掺杂TiO_2光催化剂,催化降解苯酚。主要研究了锌钛摩尔比、醇钛体积比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等条件对Zn掺杂TiO_2光催化剂降解苯酚的影响。实验证明,当锌钛摩尔比为0.010、醇钛体积比为8、焙烧温度为500℃、焙烧时间为1.5h时,催化效果最好。
The sol-gel method is used to prepare Zinc doping TiO2 light catalyst with main materials of tetra-n-butyl titanate,ethanol,acetic acid,zinc nitrate,then degrades phenol.Main influencing factors of molar ratio of zinc to titanium,olume ratio of alcohol to titanium,roasting temperature,roasting time are researched.The results of experiment show:when the molar ratio of zinc to titaniumn(Zn∶Ti)is 0.010,olume ratio of alcohol to titanium V(C2H5OH∶Ti)is 8,roasting temperature is 500 ℃,roasting time is 2.5 h,the catalytic effect is the best.
